My friend referred this Ghee to me. Believe it or not, this is better than butter. Allow me to be clear.. I am not dietitian or weight loss expert. What I do know is that this tastes amazing, a little bit goes a long way, it cooks slower and better than butter and if you’re on Keto, it should be in your kitchen. It’s the only thing I cook my eggs in. I also pan sear chicken with it. And I don’t think it needs refrigeration.
